Bigs and Littles!

This year, in the style of Greek Life and clubs all over campus, Quidditch started the tradition of Bigs and Littles! For those who don't know, this is a system where you pair older/more experienced members of an organization with new members, in order to set people up with friends and mentors, both on the pitch and off. Of course, this also results in families, which are a great way to know what side you're on in kickball and other methods of asserting dominance. (Though, spoiler alert, my family - House of Hamilton - is the best)

The lead-up to the big reveal was, of course, a Clue Week in which Littles tried to guess at who their Bigs could be through a series of clues and fun activities. You know, the kind of activities you'd expect if you knew our team: an epic journey, a lightsaber battle, video games, dirty riddles, a whole-team game of Zombie (if you don't know what that is, I am so sorry, but you haven't lived. Or died. Or lived again.), and more. This all culminated in a pizza party where littles wore a balloon crown and were swept into full-body hugs by their Bigs. Then, in true Griffin style, we gorged ourselves on pizza and soda, split into family games of Cards Against Humanity, and determined that, when Mason and Tristan are *both* going full speed on rolling chairs towards each other, neither of them really wins.
